金門
【穴位一找準】金門穴位於人體的足外側部，當外踝前緣直下，骰骨下緣處。
【解剖】在腓骨長肌腱和小趾外展肌之間；有足底外側動、靜脈；布有足背外側皮神經，深層為足底外側神經。
【功效】補陽益氣，疏導水濕。
【主治】頭痛，癲癇，小兒驚風，腰痛，下肢痿痹，外踝痛。
【刺灸法】直刺0.3～0.5寸。寒則補之灸之，熱則瀉針出氣。
穴位詳解
金門，中醫穴位名，出自《針灸甲乙經》。別名關梁。屬足太陽膀胱經。足太陽之郤穴。在足外側，當外踝前緣直下，骰骨下緣處。布有足背外側皮神經，足底外側神經及足底外側動、靜脈。主治頭痛，眩暈，癲癇，腰膝痛，外踝痛，下肢痹痛等。直刺0.3～0.5寸。艾炷灸3～5壯；或艾條灸5～10分鍾。《千金要方》說：“金門在穀道前，囊之後，當中央是也，從陰囊下度到大孔前，中分之。”金門為足太陽經郤穴，氣血物質為水濕之氣，膀胱經氣血在此變為溫熱之性，吸熱後循膀胱經上行。
金門：金，肺性之氣也。門，出入的門戶也。金門，意指膀胱經氣血在此變為溫熱之性。本穴物質為膀胱經下部經脈上行的陽氣，性溫熱，與肺金之氣同性，故名金門。
臨床上常配太陽穴合穀穴治頭痛。
陽交
【穴位一找準】在小腿外側，當外踝尖上7寸，腓骨後緣。
【解剖】有腓動、靜脈分支。分布著腓腸外側皮神經。
【主治】胸脅脹滿，下肢痿痹。現多用於腓淺神經疼痛或麻痹，坐骨神經痛，胸膜炎，肝炎，精神病等。
